A systematic review and meta-analysis reported around 90–95% implant survival at 10 years (Howe et al., Journal of Dentistry, 2019). Many implants last far longer, and the components carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty (subject to conditions). "Survival" means the implant remains in place and functional.
