If a restoration chips, breaks, or fails due to a fault on our side within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, or failure to attend recommended follow-up appointments. Full terms are provided in writing before your treatment begins.
Taki Dent provides a written 5–10 year guarantee on crowns and veneers, depending on the material and treatment plan. The exact warranty period for each procedure is stated clearly in your treatment agreement. Implant fixtures (the titanium post) are backed by the manufacturer's lifetime warranty from brands such as Straumann and Nobel Biocare. Maintaining good oral hygiene and attending regular check-ups is a condition of the guarantee.
If you experience a problem after returning home, contact Taki Dent via WhatsApp, email, or video call with photos of the affected area. Our clinical team will assess the issue remotely and advise on next steps. Any corrective clinical work covered by the guarantee (see the terms above) is carried out at the clinic free of charge. Travel and accommodation expenses are not automatically covered; in exceptional cases where the clinic accepts clinical responsibility, partial or full travel support may be approved in writing before you travel.
Yes — Taki Dent's guarantee is valid for all international patients regardless of where they live. We have provided warranty support to patients across the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, UAE, and beyond. Our remote aftercare system means distance is not a barrier to getting help. The guarantee is documented in a written certificate you take home after treatment, which can also be presented to your local dentist.
Taki Dent provides a structured follow-up programme for all patients. This includes a remote check-in at 1 week, 1 month, and 6 months post-treatment via WhatsApp or video call. We also provide a written aftercare guide tailored to your specific treatment. Should you return to Antalya within the warranty period, an in-clinic follow-up examination is provided free of charge. Our goal is to be your dental partner for life, not just for one visit.
