When you contact Taki Dent through our website, WhatsApp, email or contact form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and the details you give us about your dental concerns.

If you send X-rays, photographs or medical documents, these are treated as clinical records and handled confidentially. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to assess your dental treatment needs, prepare a personalised treatment plan and cost estimate, arrange your appointments and travel, and provide aftercare once you return home.

Treatment records are retained for the period required by Turkish medical regulations, which applies regardless of where you live.

3. How Records Are Sent and Deleted

You choose the channel used to send us clinical records. Most patients use WhatsApp or email; if you prefer a different application you consider more secure, we will use that instead. Tell us which you want to use and we will follow it.

Once your records have been transferred into your patient file, the copies held in the messaging channel are deleted. If you would like written confirmation that this has been done, ask us and we will provide it.

4. Data Protection

Taki Dent applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of medical data. Patient information is stored securely, access is restricted to authorised clinical staff, and all data sent through this website is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and essential session cookies that keep the site working. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or retargeting, and you can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

We use WhatsApp (Meta) for patient communication and Google Analytics for website statistics. Each operates under its own privacy policy for the data it processes. Your clinical records are not transmitted to Google Analytics.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask for your data to be deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
