All-on-6 Dental Implants in Antalya, Turkey

All-on-6 is a full-arch restoration in which a complete set of fixed teeth is supported by six dental implants in one jaw. The two extra implants (versus All-on-4) can add support and stability where bone volume allows.

Adults missing most or all teeth in a jaw who have enough bone for six implants and want a fixed solution with maximum support — often chosen for larger jaws or higher chewing demands.

It may not be advisable where bone is insufficient for six implants, or for patients with uncontrolled diabetes, active gum disease, heavy smoking, recent radiotherapy or certain bone medications. Suitability is confirmed by CBCT assessment.

Used when teeth are already missing or cannot be saved. Healthy individual teeth are preserved where realistically possible rather than extracted for a full-arch solution.

Swelling, bruising, minor bleeding and temporary discomfort are common after surgery and usually settle within days. Short-term adaptation to the new bridge is normal.

Less common but serious risks include implant failure, infection (peri-implantitis), nerve injury and — for upper jaws — sinus involvement. Long-term survival is high in the literature; 3D planning and specialist surgery reduce risk.

Success means integrated implants supporting a stable, functional, natural-looking fixed bridge. Failure means loss of stability, infection or bone loss; affected implants are managed/replaced under the guarantee.

Initial healing 1–2 weeks; integration about 3–6 months before the definitive bridge. Most patients resume normal activity within a few days.

Soft diet initially, then normal diet. Thorough cleaning around the bridge, no smoking, and regular maintenance visits protect long-term results.
