All-on-4 Dental Implants in Turkey (Antalya)
Replace an entire arch of teeth with just four implants — a fixed, permanent solution for edentulous patients or those with failing dentition.
The All-on-4 technique uses four strategically placed titanium implants to support a full-arch prosthesis. Two implants are placed vertically at the front, and two are angled posteriorly to maximise bone contact — eliminating the need for bone grafting in most cases. Taki Dent's specialist oral surgeons have completed hundreds of All-on-4 cases and are recognised with the 2025 European Award for International Patient Care.
- ✓ Full arch restored with only 4 implants
- ✓ Same-day temporary teeth possible
- ✓ No bone grafting needed in most cases
- ✓ Final zirconia bridge lasts 20+ years
- ✓ Fixed — never remove like dentures

Is All-on-4 in Turkey safe and worth it?
Quick answer: Yes. Taki Dent restores a full arch on four implants — a fixed alternative to dentures — for up to 75% less than UK prices. Systematic reviews report 94–98% implant survival at 5–10 years for the All-on-4 concept (Soto-Peñaloza et al.), and the clinic backs every case with a written guarantee.
All-on-4 Treatment Journey

CBCT scan maps bone density. Digital implant placement planned in 3D before surgery begins.
Extractions + Surgery
Any remaining failing teeth extracted and 4 implants placed — all in a single surgical session.
Temporary Bridge
Provisional acrylic teeth attached same day. You leave the clinic with a full smile.
Final Zirconia Bridge
4–6 months later: permanent monolithic zirconia bridge fitted. Lasts decades with normal care.
All-on-4 Turkey Cost, Finance, All-Inclusive Packages & Reviews
All-on-4 Turkey cost at Taki Dent starts from €13,900 per arch — around 75% less than a private UK quote of £11,000–£25,000. Because the saving is so large, most patients choose an all-inclusive All-on-4 Turkey package that bundles surgery, the final zirconia bridge, airport transfers and Antalya accommodation assistance into one clear price, making it simple to compare against a UK estimate.
On finance: Taki Dent accepts EUR, GBP, USD and TRY plus card payment, and treatment is naturally split across your two visits. Many UK patients spread the balance with their own medical finance provider or a 0% purchase card — the team can explain how payment maps onto your treatment timeline.
Researching All-on-4 Turkey reviews? Taki Dent holds a genuine 5.0/78 rating on Google, where full-arch patients describe their experience from first X-ray to final bridge. We always recommend weighing verifiable reviews and accreditation over anonymous forum posts when choosing a clinic for All-on-4 dental implants in Antalya.

What is this treatment?+
All-on-4 is a full-arch restoration in which a complete set of fixed teeth is supported by four dental implants placed in one jaw. The rear implants are angled to make the most of available bone, often avoiding the need for bone grafting.
Who is it suitable for?+
Adults who are missing most or all of the teeth in a jaw, or whose remaining teeth are failing, and who want a fixed (non-removable) solution. It suits many patients who have been told they have insufficient bone for conventional implants.
Who is it not suitable for?+
It may not be advisable, or may need extra planning, for patients with uncontrolled diabetes, active gum disease, heavy smoking, recent head/neck radiotherapy or certain bone medications, or severely reduced bone that cannot support four implants. A CBCT-based assessment confirms suitability.
What are the alternatives?+
Alternatives include All-on-6 (six implants for extra support), a conventional implant bridge, or a removable full or implant-retained denture. Doing nothing accelerates bone loss. We explain the trade-offs in cost, stability and longevity.
Can the natural tooth be saved instead?+
All-on-4 is used when teeth are already missing or cannot be saved. Where individual healthy teeth can realistically be preserved, we discuss keeping them rather than extracting for a full-arch solution.
How many visits are needed?+
Usually two visits: the first for implant placement and a fixed temporary bridge, and a second (about 3–6 months later) to fit the definitive bridge after healing. In suitable immediate-loading cases, fixed temporary teeth are placed the same day as surgery.
How many days should I stay?+
Around 5–7 days for the first visit and 5–7 days for the second. Your exact schedule is confirmed before travel.
Are temporary teeth provided?+
Yes — a fixed temporary bridge is normally fitted so you leave with teeth; the definitive bridge is placed after the implants have integrated.
Materials and brands used+
Internationally recognised implant systems (Straumann, Nobel Biocare) with a titanium bar and zirconia or acrylic-hybrid bridge, selected to suit the case and stated in your written plan.
Which clinician performs it?+
Implant surgery by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon; the bridge is designed and fitted by Specialist Prosthodontist Dr Sadık Taki.
Common risks and side effects+
Swelling, bruising, minor bleeding and discomfort for several days are common after full-arch surgery and usually settle with prescribed pain relief. Temporary changes in speech or eating while adapting to the new bridge are normal.
Less common but serious risks+
Less common but more serious risks include failure of one or more implants, infection (peri-implantitis), nerve injury, and — for upper jaws — sinus involvement. Full-arch implant protocols report high long-term survival in the literature, and risks are minimised with 3D planning and specialist surgery.
How success and failure are defined+
Success means the implants integrate and support a stable, comfortable, functional and natural-looking fixed bridge. Failure means loss of implant stability, infection or bone loss; affected implants are managed and, where needed, replaced — corrective clinical work is covered by the guarantee.
Recovery and healing+
Initial healing takes 1–2 weeks; implant integration takes about 3–6 months before the definitive bridge is fitted. Most patients resume normal activities within a few days.
Eating and oral hygiene+
Soft diet during initial healing, then a gradual return to a normal diet. Meticulous cleaning under and around the bridge (as demonstrated), no smoking, and regular professional maintenance are essential for long-term success.
What the guarantee covers+
Implant components carry the manufacturer’s lifetime warranty (subject to conditions); the bridge has a written guarantee. Corrective clinical work covered by the guarantee is carried out at the clinic free of charge; travel and accommodation are not automatically covered (only by prior written agreement in exceptional cases).
What the price includes+
The package price typically includes consultation, CBCT, the four implants, surgery, the temporary bridge and the definitive bridge as specified in your written plan. Any additional grafting or extractions are itemised separately — see the prices page.
Documents you receive+
You receive a written treatment plan and quotation, implant passport/brand cards, an itemised invoice, your written guarantee, aftercare instructions and copies of your radiographs.
What to do in an emergency+
For severe pain, heavy bleeding, spreading swelling or fever after returning home, seek urgent local care immediately and contact us via WhatsApp or phone for remote assessment.
Sources and last review+
Key evidence: systematic reviews of full-arch immediate-function implant protocols (e.g. Soto-Peñaloza et al., Med Oral Patol Oral Cir Bucal, 2017) report high long-term survival; Howe et al., Journal of Dentistry, 2019. Informational only; individual assessment required.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does All-on-4 cost in Turkey?
All-on-4 at Taki Dent costs from €13,900 per arch (full upper or lower), depending on bone condition and prosthesis material. In the UK or Germany the same treatment typically costs €15,000–€25,000 per arch. Patients save enough to comfortably cover flights, hotel, and a week's holiday in Antalya.
Am I a candidate for All-on-4?
Most adults with significant tooth loss or failing dentition are candidates for All-on-4. Taki Dent takes a 3D CBCT scan to evaluate available bone volume. Because All-on-4 angles the two rear implants to maximise bone contact, many patients who lack sufficient bone for traditional implants qualify without needing bone grafting first.
Can I get teeth fitted on the same day as the implants?
Yes. Taki Dent's own digital laboratory can fabricate a provisional full-arch bridge that is attached on the same day as your implant surgery — often called 'teeth in a day'. This temporary prosthesis allows you to eat and smile immediately. The final high-strength zirconia bridge is fitted 4–6 months later once osseointegration is confirmed.
What is included in an all-inclusive All-on-4 Turkey package?
Taki Dent's all-inclusive All-on-4 Turkey packages typically bundle your consultation, 3D CBCT scan, implant surgery, provisional and final zirconia bridge, airport transfers, in-clinic transport and accommodation assistance in Antalya into one transparent price. This makes it easy to compare the true cost against a UK quote, where flights, hotel and travel are separate. Confirm exactly what your package covers in writing before you travel.
Does Taki Dent offer All-on-4 Turkey finance or payment plans?
Taki Dent accepts EUR, GBP, USD and TRY, plus major card payments, and treatment is split across your two visits — a deposit at surgery and the balance when the final bridge is fitted. Many UK patients spread the remaining cost using their own medical finance provider or a 0% purchase card. Ask the team how payment can be structured around your treatment timeline.
Where can I read genuine All-on-4 Turkey reviews for Taki Dent?
Taki Dent holds a 5.0/78 rating on Google, where patients describe their All-on-4 and full-arch experiences in detail. You can read verified reviews on the clinic's Google Business Profile and reviews page, and request to speak with past international patients. Always prioritise clinics with real, verifiable reviews over anonymous forum claims when researching All-on-4 dental implants in Antalya.
