E-max Crowns (Empress):
A premium choice for a natural, beautiful smile

E-max crowns, also known as Empress or lithium disilicate crowns, are a premium type of all-ceramic dental crown known for their exceptional aesthetics, strength, and precision fit. They are an ideal choice for patients who want both beauty and durability in one solution.

What Are E-max Crowns?

E-max crowns—also known as Empress crowns—are made from lithium disilicate, a high-strength, all-ceramic material. These crowns are known for their lifelike appearance, translucency, and exceptional strength, making them one of the most popular choices for front teeth restorations.

Benefits of E-max Crowns:

  • Highly aesthetic – mimics natural tooth enamel

  • Metal-free – no dark lines at the gumline

  • Durable and long-lasting – strong enough for daily chewing

  • Biocompatible – safe for surrounding tissues

  • Ideal for veneers, inlays, onlays, and crowns

Who Can Benefit?

E-max crowns are ideal for:

  • Restoring chipped, cracked, or discolored front teeth

  • Replacing old metal or porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crowns

  • Smile makeovers or cosmetic dentistry treatments

  • Patients who want natural-looking, long-lasting results

Treatment Process

  1. Consultation & Digital Smile Design
A full examination, X-rays, and digital mock-up are performed to plan your ideal smile.

  2. Tooth Preparation & Impressions
A small amount of enamel is removed from the tooth, and precise impressions are taken.

  3. Temporary Crowns
Temporary crowns are placed while your E-max crowns are crafted in our advanced dental lab.

  4. Final Fitting & Bonding
Your custom-made crowns are permanently bonded, with final adjustments for comfort and bite.

Total time required: Usually 5–7 days (ideal for medical tourists)

Before & Aftercare

Before:

  • Avoid hard chewing with broken teeth or worn crowns before treatment

  • Inform us of any metal or material allergies

After:

  • No special maintenance—just regular brushing, flossing, and dental checkups

  • Avoid biting ice or very hard foods directly with front teeth

  • E-max crowns can last 10–15 years or more with good care
